Vanessa joined Meridian in February of 2025 as the team’s Marketing Manager. Vanessa grew up in Michigan, where she attended the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) from 2017 through 2021. She got her degree in Communications with a minor in Digital Studies. She found a passion for all things marketing while working with the University of Michigan sports teams. After college, Vanessa got a job with the Motor City Rockers hockey team as their Communications and Marketing Director before moving down to Charleston in 2023 to work with the South Carolina Stingrays hockey team. Vanessa loves the Charleston area and when she isn’t working with Meridian she spends her time with her dog, Charlie, her cat, Hazel, and her best friend, Jade.
