  • How much does it cost?

    We provide ourselves in providing a valuable service at an affordable price.  After the initial investment of $400 for onboarding/setup fee, we will only charge the monthly management fee of the rent.  No hidden costs and no annual renewal fees.

Our dedicated and respectful team takes care of everything in a fair and objective way.

Collections Management

$12 per Door

Service Includes:

  • Regime fee collections
  • Homeowner Portal w/online payment options

Compliance Management

$16 per door

Everything from our Collections Management Package, plus:

  • Monthly Property Walk
  • Homeowner Compliance with Master Deed, By-Laws & CC&R's
  • Architectural Review Process w/Committee or Board Approval
  • Attendance of Annual Board Meetings

Asset Management

$22 per door

Everything from our Compliance Management Package plus:

  • Financial Management: monthly financial packets, budget planning, balance sheet, cash flow statements,  reserve management, and bank reconciliation. 
  • Reserve / Capital Project management
  • Property Maintenance management
  • Legal Compliance 
  • Prepare and organize documents for Board Meetings (maximum 6 per year)

Tenant Acquisition

Property Maintenance & Repairs
