If we fail to acknowledge and initiate a plan for a repair request within that window, we’ll waive your management fee for that month. Visibility into your real estate investment should be effortless. We guarantee 24/7 access to your financial performance through our secure online portal. If your monthly financial statement—including income, expenses, and receipts—isn’t uploaded and available by the 15th of each month, we will credit you $50 toward your next month’s management fee.
