She is responsible for overseeing and directing all activities across Meridian's diverse property portfolio, leveraging her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to guide her teams toward achieving strategic ownership goals.

Beginning her career in Corpus Christi, Texas, Tara has held various positions in property management, gaining expertise across a wide range of portfolio types, including new developments, HUD, military housing, and conventional communities. Since relocating to Charleston, SC, in 2012, she has expanded her portfolio oversight to include single-family homes, commercial properties, and HOA communities.

Tara's dedication and leadership have been consistently recognized by her previous employers, reflecting her commitment to excellence. Her career includes key roles with respected organizations such as Capstone Real Estate Services, Hunt Military Communities, JRK Residential, and the Evans Group.
