As a Charleston local who grew up in Summerville and an alumni of Summerville High School (Go Greenwave!), Stephanie has a deep appreciation for the Lowcountry community. She was thrilled to join Meridian Residential Group in April 2024, where she has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise in the property management field. With 5-6 years of experience in property management, Stephanie brings a well-rounded background in both long-term and short-term rentals. Prior to entering the industry, she spent eight years in Charleston’s food and beverage scene as a bartender and waitress. This experience has given her a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and relationship-building—skills that she now applies to working with both property owners and tenants.

Outside of work, Stephanie has a passion for gardening and a love collecting and caring for a variety of plants. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and staying active at the gym.
