Preston moved to Charleston from New Jersey in 2022, with his wife, two daughters, three dogs, and two cats. Preston went to Rowan University where he studied Business. He spent two decades owning his own business, a kickboxing/karate facility, where he taught people ages 3 through 73 years old. Since transitioning away from martial arts instruction, he has earned his licenses in real estate and mortgages. He now has over a decade of experience in residential renovations. Preston is a diehard Eagles fan and loves the Philadelphia area where he grew up. Go Birds!
