Dana joined Meridian Residential Group in February 2025 as the team's Assistant Property Manager for the Home Owner's Association (HOA) and Commercial properties division. After graduating high school in Beaufort SC, where her Dad was stationed at the Marine Corp Air Station.  She attended Allen University in Columbia, South Carolina with a major in Sociology, minor in Psychology.  Her love and knowledge for property management was realized in 2015 while residing in Ahoskie/Murfreesboro, North Carolina where she managed HUD and Section 8 properties. In February 2023, she decided to return home to Charleston to be closer to her parents and extended family on both her maternal and paternal side and to also enjoy the abundance of seafood and diverse culture the lowcountry is known for.  Dana is the proud mom to a sweet, yet spoiled 5-year-old Yorkie named Kaiya Joy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, outdoor activities and writing plays/short skits.
