Lively at Market Common. The apartments are nice, new, clean. The pool is like being at a resort. Big gym. The community events are fun, generous and inclusive of all residents. Good place for mixed cultures. Residential concerns and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Office staff are helpful. Dog friendly community. First floor apt's do not have flooring in common areas, that is one drawback. Walking distance to the commons, ball fields, lake, huge playgrounds and culinary institute.. Close to the beach. Nice place to live .
