What makes Meridian different?
What does a property manager do?
We take care of everything to do with your investment property so that it’s profitable and in tip-top shape. This includes the legal and financial aspects of having a rental home as well as the marketing and the maintenance.
How much does property management cost?
We pride ourselves in providing a valuable service at an affordable price. After an initial investment of $400 for onboarding/setup and a $200 leasing fee, we will only charge a monthly management fee of 10% of the rent.
