Once upon a time…
Tara Bayles worked for real estate companies, managing multi-family housing for over 20 years. Her knight in shining armor, Adam Bayles, is a US Army veteran and a former manager in a Fortune 500 company. He supports her as she heads the Meridian Residential Group. We use our knowledge, expertise, and love for Charleston to serve our clients, tenants, and employees.
Our loyal team of local staff members who manage our properties and marketing with equal ease,. Our service team members have gained skills from over two decades of maintaining houses and buildings.

Tara Bayles
President & CEO
Prior to taking ownership, Mrs. Bayles served five years as the Director of Property Management at Meridian. In this position Tara was responsible for managing the Evans’s Groups entire multi-family housing portfolio. Tara’s more than 20 years of work experience in the multi-family housing industry, holding all positions from Leasing Consultant to Director, has provided Ms. Bayles the opportunity to develop unique insight and knowledge of the industry. This wisdom consistently provides resounding value for her clients. Tara has experience in overseeing a variety of portfolio types including; new developments, HUD, military housing & conventional communities. Ms. Bayles has consistently been recognized for excellence & outstanding leadership. Tara’s previous experience includes working with JRK Residential, Capstone Real Estate Services and Hunt Military Communities.
Adam Bayles
Business Manager
A U.S. Army veteran and TX A&M graduate, Adam Bayles has also worked for a Fortune 500, chemical sales and service company for 15 years, serving in several management and sales roles. Year after year Mr. Bayles has been consistently recognized fo r his professionalism, sales and business management achievements. Adam brings his business acumen and managerial skills to Meridian where he coordinates daily operations, sales training, contract negotiations and marketing campaigns.
